PDFs is recommended as they are significantly cheaper due to lack of
shipping, printing, and binding expenses
You may print as many copies as
necessary for your
performance For hard copies, non-expedited shipping is free in the contiguous United States. If you are outside the contiguous US, please either order PDFs or contact me prior to purchasing hard copies.
I handle each order personally: I am not always able to reply immediately, but I will always send an email response (with any PDFs ordered) within 24 hours. Occasionally
email servers will direct it to your "junk mail" folder or reject
emails with attachments from contacts you have not previously emailed. If you have not received a response after 24 hours, please contact me at michael@michaelmikulka.com
If you would like to perform a
piece that is not yet available for purchase, contact me and I will
send you free PDF(s).
